The former Austro-Hungarian light cruiser ‘Saida’ is interned in Venice and is under refitting for the Italian Navy.

Italy: Ex-Austrian Fleet, taken prize to Venice, surrenders to Italian Navy.
France – Peace Process: German Armistice Commission refuses Allied request to let General Haller’s Polish troops from France through Danzig (Paris talks since March 21) but suggest 4 other Baltic ports on March 28. League of Nations Revision Committee appointed (Lord R Cecil, M Larnaude, Venizelos, Colonel House).
