South Russia: Reds occupy Yalta and Zhitomir. Churchill enlarging British Military Mission to Denikin to 1,500 men (340 already sailed).
Siberia: Whites take Buguruslan and Belebei; Ural Cossacks retake Orsk.
France – Peace Process: Syrian and Arab affairs.
