Eastern Front

Rumania: Mackensen forces river Sereth at one point, claims 7,000 PoWs. Rumanian Royal Family leaves Jassy.

Sea War

Atlantic: Sierra Leone convoys start.
South Atlantic: British liner City of Athens (21 lost) sunk by raider Wolf mine near Cape Town.
