Belorussia: Soviet Belorussia united with RSFSR (until December 17).

Politics

Germany: Armistice renewed at Trier to January 17, 1919.
Britain: New US Ambassador arrives.
Rumania: Bratianu new Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.
