Estonia proclaimed Soviet Republic. Lenin urges Trotsky’s deputy to strengthen South Front.
East Siberia: 1/9th Hampshire Regiment leaves Vladivostok for Omsk (until December 18).

Politics

Poland: Government severs relations with Germany.
