Tiger tanks in Africa
In the attack on Medjez Tiger tanks are used for the first time in Africa.

Tunisia – Operation Ochsenkopf (‘Oxhead’): Germans launch multi-pronged counter-offensive and attempt to encircle Medjez.

Sea War

Channel: German E-boats attack convoy in Lyme Bay (South England).

Air War

Germany: 278 RAF bombers attacking Nuremberg and dropping 749t of bombs.
