France – Aviation: First LondonÂ-Paris passenger flight, by Farman F60 Goliath, 3 1/2 hours at 97mph from Kenley to near Versailles.
Baltic States: Cruiser HMS Caledon shells Reds out of Windau , Latvia (2 cruisers and 5 destroyers sail for Baltic on February 13). Estonians take Marienburg (February 10).
