France – Peace Process: Council of Ten reduced to Council of Four at Lloyd George’s suggestion (Wilson, Lloyd George, Clemenceau, Orlando) to speed treaty, first meets March 25.
Switzerland: British­-protected Emperor Charles arrives via Innsbruck (area of Italian Third Army).
Britain: Tea prices and distribution de­-controlled. 100,000 miners strike (until March 29) but await national ballot on Royal Commission.
