France – Peace Process: Belgian report demands 1839 Treaty neutrality revision.
Germany: ­General Plumer cables Lloyd George urging Rhineland food relief.
Egypt: ­Zaghlul Pasha and 3 other nationalist leaders deported to Malta (until March 14); Cairo riots (until March 11) and countrywide (March 11-20).
Britain­: Prime Minister appeals to employers to engage disabled ex-service­ men.
