Demonstration of the German population for a peace treaty in the sense of the promised 14 points of Wilson.

France – Peace Process: German delegates leave for Spa to consult.
Baltic States: Baltic Baron Manteuffel’s German­-Latvian Landeswehr, with air support, liberate Riga from Reds, but many hostages slaughtered and Manteuffel killed, German Major Fletcher succeeds.
Turkey: Kemal issues the Amasya Decisions, new national body needed.
