Sea War

North Sea: British blockade-runner Master Standfast – 1 of 5 fast boats plying between Hull and Lysekil (Sweden) – captured by German patrol boat in the Skagerrak.
Channel: German E-boats sink 3 coasters in Convoy CW.221 off Hastings (night November 2-3); first torpedo attack in East English Channel since 1941.
