 Kiel Week 1914
For the first time in years, a British battle squadron arrived at Kiel Week 1914 and fired in honor of Emperor Salute. After the assassination of Franz Ferdinand it leaves Kiel immediately.

Hungarian Prime Minister Count Tisza demands in letter to Count Berchtold that Council of Ministers meet.

POLITICS: TURKEY
Constantinople announced that Berlin-Bagdad Railway will terminate at Basra.

POLITICS: TIBET
Anglo-Russian-Chinese Convention in Tibet.
