Re-deployment of a German 20-mm Flak anti-aircraft gun during the rearguard actions from Naples to the river Garigliano in front of the Gustav line.

Italy: 5th US Army takes Caserta.

Sea War

Black Sea: 240 German barges, Siebel Ferries, etc. – used in Kuban evacuation – safely withdrawn from Kerch Straits to Sebastopol.
